Kall8 Overview & Highlights

ITL is the company that provides Kall8, KallCents, and the FaxAway products and services. The Kall8 product in particular has grown significantly in recent months, including the following features and benefits:

* A Virtual PBX.

* Ability to port existing toll free numbers or get a new number, including vanity numbers by online searching of the national database.

* Secure online administration for customers.

* Instant activation of service after ordering.

* Real time reporting, with a wide variety of features and tools.

* A Kall8 toll free number can ring to a standard landline phone, a cell phone, or a VOIP (broadband) phone.

* Most features are present even in the basic plan, including voicemail, custom routing of calls, inbound fax, email notification of voicemail, and having the Kall8 number show as the caller ID on an inbound call.

* Rates are $2.00 per month for the service, and 6.9 cents per minute, which includes calls from domestic US, Canada, Virgin Islands and US Territories.

* Can be used to create a customer action (i.e., callback) list.

* Custom routing based on geography or time of day.

* Call blocking (area code, specific number, state, pay phone).

* Can record and archive calls at new much lower prices.

* Can be used for an automated informational greeting; i.e., a movie theatre for information on movies and show times.

This is a powerful product that is priced right, and is applicable to a wide variety of users, including business people on the go, real estate agents who need a “follow me” type of phone service, and many others.

Announcements From Opex

Opex was established in 1998 with a primary goal of Operational Excellence. Opex offers traditional services (i.e., dial-1 long distance, calling cards, toll free numbers, dedicated and dial-up Internet service), wireless services with several plans available for various customer types, and VOIP (Voice Over IP or broadband phones) services for residential and business, including a “virtual PBX” product for business use.

Opex also announced that coming in the near future, they will be offering a $19.95 VOIP broadband phone package with free equipment.
